What electrical for around 4800 watts

?? I want nearly zero voltage drop. I'm running a crescendo 3000 at .5 ohm and 14.7 volts and a crescendo 1000 at 2 ohms but only 2 channels around 600 watts total.

I have a mechmaN 270 alt. I have big 3 done in 1/0. I have 2 runs of 1/0 to the back 1+ and 1-

I have2 runs of 4 awg to the back also 1+ 1-

I guess basically what I'm asking is what batts should I get?

ur gonna want to start out with 2 d3100 imo...check ur voltage...then if needed, grab another...repeat if necessary...at least thats how id do it...im 99% sure u wont be able to get away with 1 batt but if u do, kudos...regardless, u can nvr have 2 much..oo and upgrade ur starter batt to the biggest u can fit

actually, do the S3400, not the d3400 for under the hood...its the same battery, just the s3400 is DESIGNED to be used as a starting battery...ive got the s3400 and its a beast

Yes, until you factor in Impedence rise on the crescendo, and the fact that you will need atleast a 250 amp alt and these batts to even try to stay close to 14. You wont be seeing close to 4200 out of the 3K. You might see 2500 to 3000 depending on where you imp. finally settles.
