Its a 1969 Ford Fairlane, I believe its a 302 or maybe even a 351. Black leather interior. He wanted 3900 but he said he would take offers as long as they werent in the 2k's and he said $3700 with the wheels that are on it.

It has a new exhaust, Accel ignition system, new cheap battery, Black leather interior with a few rips in the seat, it should run but the guy wasnt there so ill maybe get a test drive later. Overall id give it a 8/10, body is striaght and interior is in great shape. It is an auto. Barely any rust. I really like the body style.

Do you think this is a $3000 car.

Sexy. I would paint it black of course. Add a dual exhaust, and go at it. I love american muscle. 1970 chevy Chevelle.......MMMMM I swear I just popped one...

It has dual exhaust with chrome tips and i was thinkin gloss black and the part on the hood now that is black would be flat black. I think that would look great. Or even a gloss grey.

Edit: Im waiting for my parents to consider it. lol.

If i did a sound system in it i would go for total SQ in this. I wouldnt want to butcher completely, maybe a ID or Diamond sub with some nice 6.5 comps and maybe even 6x9s just ot fill the original hole in the back. Id run passive though lol.

Not yet, i will be one theres and just paying them for the extra that i run their insurance up. Luckily when i got my 2 tickets they dropped one and the insurance guy said the other one wouldnt matter to our insuurance.

Right now our insurance has.

1) 2007 Chevy Equinox - Paid Off - Full coverage

2) 2005 Trailblazer - Owe 21g's - Full coverage ( This will be gone in the next 2ish weeks )

3) 1989 F-150 V8 - Obviously Paid Off - Liability

And i think my step dads harley will is on there too.

but when the trailblazer is gone and my stepdad gets a new truck the F-150 will be sold too so my car will be the third.

I'd do it, it looks to be in really good shape. I would offer 3200 cash and act like I really wanted it. Make sure you got a good line on parts before you do.

It really doesnt need anything, i would eventually like to go to year one or something and get a reupholstery kit for the seat but other that everything is in great shape.

Edit: My parents said we would get a personal loan to get the cash.

And he said i would get a pair of mag wheels if i didnt pay extra for the centerlines. So i was looking around and found these. I would proly have them powdercoated or painted black.

So you're going to be paying the loan off?

In that case, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but if I were your parents I wouldn't simply give something like that to a 16 year old.

Well my parents know im a responsible kid but i can understand what you are talking about. Yes, we would be paying off a loan for it. I dont know anything bout loans and stuff but im guessin it wouldnt take long to do that. I love antique cars and i hope to start restoring them and my parents know they can trust me with a car like this. And besides why go fast when i can go 20 and show off = )
