What do you know about a 100% DD setup?

Still not impressed. Can you tell me what precisely sets DD amps apart from every other big Korean class D out there besides being grossly under-rated? I read their web page and they try to use a bunch of big words to make people think they're made of leprechaun scrotums and soldered with unicorn tears and are just 10X better than a dozen other amps that are built on the same circuit in the same factory.

They rate their amps at a lower voltage. When those dozens of amps will be losing efficiency, DD's are just getting into full stride. They are built to a higher standard than just about any company out there including sundown. They are smaller and have more heatsinks which helps with cooling and makes them smaller so you can fit a higher powered amp in a small area...

Basically it comes down to this.

How many extra batteries do I have? 1

How many ho alts do I have? 1

How many watts am I doing? Around 11k.

Tell me where someone is doing with 1 battery what I'm doing. Especially playing it at full tilt for atleast 3 minutes and not just a bass race....

I never acted rich... Just to give you guys something to hate about it only cost me $30 to build that box... i got the $700 worth of baltic birch for free....

More heatsinks? Higher standard? Where are you getting this, DD marketing?

The Brazilian amps are far smaller, plenty of other amps are under-rated, (Rd D9, MA 4000 come to mind). Almost all unregulated power supply amps do more power at higher voltage.

If we are to believe your "11KW" continuous power, assuming your DD amp is 100% efficient (from all the extra heat sinks) and your voltage doesn't drop at all, you would still need to draw 785A. If your claim is true I'm more impressed with whatever battery you are using.

DD sells some good stuff but you're not going to catch me jerking off over it like it's the end-all of car audio.
