I'm planning on replacing my idqv2 10's with something with a little more spl. i was thinking about the treo ssi 10's in duel 4's. or maybe a nice set of 8's any other suggestion will be much appreciated..

amp is a sundown saz1500

box specs:

Air Space = .55 cubic feet per sub

Mounting Depth = 5.25 inches

Hole cutout for 8" Sub = 7"

Hole cutout for 10" Sub = 9 1/8"

is this a prefab box? Sealed? I would try porting them before switching woofers.

yup to both! prefab and sealed. im not able to put then in a larger box due to it going behind the rear seat of a crew cab superduty. i'll try to get some pix up tonight so you can see how tight the box is behind the seat.

ill back the ssi's for spl. friend of mine was doing 148's with 2 of em off 2000 watts in a extended cab nissan pup.
