what do you guys think about this

I have 2 of the cerwin vega 12 hed and they will be hooked up to a visonik 4 channel 1000 watt amp. and I have 4 polk ex357's and i will hook these up to a pioneer 6400 head unit. is this a decent set up for around 900 bucks. im putting them in a 2001 mustang. what do you guys think.
