What do you guys think about this set up?

Well I finally managed to gather all the components for my stereo. I will be putting it in my car on saturday. I just wanted to know what you guys thought about all the components I will be using. I have an Eclipse 5435 Head Unit, 2 sets of Diamond D361i component speakers, a JL e4300 to power the Diamond speakers, a Diamond Audio D612D4 in a prefab box for the time being (still working on the custom box) and an Alpine MRD-M605 amplifier that was tested and is pushing 640 watts @ 2 ohms. Just wondering what you guys think about this setup and opinions on how it will sound?

should sound nice and clean, the d6 will take more power than that, but 640 will do
