what do you do when someone owes you $$$?

ok so i need a way to get some money that is owed to me.. long story short, one of my roomates used my DVR to buy $130 worth of ****/movies during about a month that i was gone from my apartment... and refuses to pay me for it... simply says "I didnt do it" (unless someone broke in each night for about 3 weeks and watched tv, he's lying) I havent been living with roomates that long so i dont really know what the best way to deal with this is... any suggestions??

If he is your roomate, find a way to get even. Get his girlfriend drunk and do nasty things to her while video taping it, give it to him and tell him that is the only **** he will need for a while. Get him so drunk he needs you to help him up to his bed, take a piss on his pillow, and then lay him down on it. There are other less drastic measures, but these are my favorite.

Honestly, there is really nothing you can do since he used your account to do this. The only way to resolve this is through personal matters.
