What budget amp for a single 12?

Problem there is they haven't made them in 20 years. I think OP is looking for something that can be had new.
This is quite a nice amp, good sounding made in USA. If your woofer can show a 4 ohm final load this amp will make legit power. I used to own a few of this series.Amazon.com: AURA MR-2150 2 CHANNEL AMPLIFIER: Car Electronics

There were 5 of them on Ebay at during the quote, and all went for less than $130 ea.,would have been a great amp even running @2ohms mono
