If you want to spend a little more on the amp $122, this will still power your Sub and if you decide to change sub you will have plenty of power on 2 and 1 ohm

I have seen a review and test of a 4-channel MB Quart Fx amplifier. It did half of its rated power. Skip that IMO. Most of really cheap amplifiers are junk.

Sonicelectronix sells PPI Power P600.4 2-channel amplifier for $159 shipped to your door. In bridged mode, this gives you 600 watts at 4ohms RMS power, enough to destroy your subwoofer if you don't set gains right.

mb quart is a really nice amp but for a 200 dollar budget total you can get a better sub amp combo like a

type r and a asm-1500 for 200 bucks etc

I got a NIB Krypt Audio Micro Monoblock for 150.00 shipped. Your sub doesnt need much power its only rated at 150-300rms. The Krypt amp does 250rms+ at 4ohm and 500+ at 2ohm and it is tiny as hell.

What do you guys think of this? Might be good if I want to add a second sub later. Also found 2 12in infinity cappa's at a pawn shop in a ported box for $100 today. Looks like a manufactured box not custom. Subs work fine. Guy hooked them up for me. Not sure if I want used subs tho.

Cyclops Hifonics VII VIII mono amp will out perform all the amplifiers stated @4,and 2ohms stable with stock vehicle voltage,bar nun.I will make a vedio in about a month from now to show the real true power from an old school amplifier, of true wattage+rms power.Doesnt need 4ga for power supply like all the other amps, and you dont need to beef up your electrical to get rms out of the amplifier as todays need.The more power you give this amp, the more it draws, and pushes.CHEATER Amp,It beat the dog snott out of an old school 12in Stroker @1"oClock!
