What are the 3 wires going to the + batt terminal?

I was just wondering what the three wires going to the positive battery terminal on the battery under the hood is for? I know one is the alternator and one is my power wire, what is the third one (8AWG ish)?

The reason is because I was wondering if the third one is for my alarm and all the other electronics in my car. I was planning on re-routing that wire to the 2nd battery in my trunk so thieves cant cut off my alarm when it is going off. Is this possible?

EDIT: So pretty much I'm going to run a red top under the hood of my car. I'm going to run one 0AWG for my alt and another 0AWG for my power wire. Then reroute the third wire to the battery in my trunk if its for my alarm.

its to the starter solenoid...

and you should just run another power wire for the alarm to the rear batt... dont move all the other ones
