What annoys the ***** outta you/pisses you off...

F**k you Chrysler/Fiat.

My brothers car (2015 Dodge Dart SXT 2.4L) holds 5 quarts of oil. Chrysler says he is to come in every 5,000 miles for his oil changes per his warranty @ roughly $60 per oil change. He has to use 0w-20 full synthetic oil. He actually has to add oil to his car between oil changes, usually 2 quarts... it holds 5. The car will shut off without warning if it is low on oil. It has done this to him while traveling at over 55mph as well as around turns. He went to the dealership, they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Eventually my brother found out the vehicle shutting off was due to low oil. Back to the dealership and this time they want to do an oil consumption test and tell him to come back at exactly 1,000 miles.

The 1,000 miles goes by, they check the oil and tell him it is only a quart low. They tell him that it is acceptable and within spec and there is nothing that can be done. So I chime in and ask this idiot some questions. I said how often is he to have his oil changed? He said every 5,000 miles. I said how many quarts does this engine hold? He said it holds 5 quarts. I said how is he supposed to drive the car here with no oil in it so you can change the oil? How can he drive the car when it shuts off due to low oil? His answer was he should drive the car less so it won't use as much oil because 1 quart per 1,000 miles is acceptable.

I called another dealership... they wouldn't talk to me. I called corporate... lol The lady ask what the issue was this is exactly how this call went... "My issue is the car is using at least 1 quart every 1,000 miles..." she cut me off and said "That is normal" I said "Normal? I haven't told you what car this is, haven't told you what engine this is and your retort is that it is normal?" Continuing with her attitude she said to take it to the dealership for an oil consumption test. Blah Blah Blah. Using over a gallon of oil in 5,000 miles is not normal for a 4 cycle engine. My 4.0L doesn't use a quart of oil in 3-4 months with 290,000+ miles and my oil pan gasket leaks. He has no visible leaks ANYWHERE.

He doesn't HAVE to use use synthetic oil and he doesn't HAVE to use 0-20. AND if he is using synthetic then he sure as hell doesn't have to change it every 5000 miles. How many miles on the car? I wouldn't waste money on synthetic for that car and I definitely wouldn't use thin *** 0-20. With a high mileage engine, oil that thin will just slip past the rings and seals like water. You don't see any leaks because it's all going out the tailpipe. Use thicker oil and for God's sake change your own shit.

It is not a high mileage car... it is under factory warranty and they said for it to be covered he needs to change the oil per factory recommended intervals with the recommended oil. He has to use synthetic because there is no 0w20 conventional oil. The lowest viscosity conventional is 5w20. So for them to honor any warranty issues, he has to use the synthetic as 0w20 is the factory oil used in his car and Chrysler says 5,000 miles. It sucks.

You're right about the warranty. They don't call them "stealerships" for nothing.

Wtf is up with all the hate on E-girls. I understand the chicks hatin'. Chicks will always be jealous of other chicks. But all these dudes hatin' on broads cause there out there doing their thing, flirting, flaunting, making hella money. Are there really that many losers out there that have never been around women before? I like thirsty hoes. I'm serving whatever you're drinking.

Lol, no, they don't ****. They are equalized and attenuated. I hear them just fine and they blend well with the mids. They are 30mm soft domes... eXcelons and they sound good. He has all stock speakers in his Dart with no sub so he is treble rebel all the way right now.
Treble rebel. I like that. I'm not an SQ guru so...

I just like my shit loud.

Funny how they push us to buy a new car, i get them all the time in my mailbox and just ends up in the recycle bin, and then the warranty program on doing things THEIR WAY otherwise it voids it. Sounds like their out there to get our/your $$ to begin with. Along with credit card offers, insurance offers, etc. Gets rather annoying: We want your $$!!

I never bought a brand new car/vehicle for numerous reasons. I've already had 3-4 car payments in my life. Last vehicle I bought was my s10. paid 1800 cash for it and runs great. Only had to change a few things because the previous owner neglected them.

Three words that I absolutely hate - record high temps. Its gonna be damn near 80 degrees tomorrow. Plus the NOAA just announced that 2018 was the fourth hottest year ever recorded on Earth. Not good bro.
