I would also go with the jbl bp 300.1, for 1 its under-rated also the perfects cant handle much more than the rms and the jbl is cheaper on ikesound.com with free shipping

well im going to have to agree....the jbl is the way to go .....you should be pretty happy w/ that setup.....good luck man....

Hey another thing man watch your gains big time, because even though the jbl bp 300.1 is rated only at 300@2ohms it will probably put out more like between 350 and 400watts, plus the perfect 12.1d is known for blowing after seeing more than its rms rated power, and last you should never crank your gain all the way up either......
