What a considerate Judicial System

Ha ever watch Cops? Telling the guy it isnt yours is a waste of breath. Theyll pull a wad of **** out of someones pocket, "that aint mine". must be some auto response thing.

Oh, and drug laws are dumb, they never work but the sheeple think otherwise. Too dumb to learn from history. The war on drugs failed worse then prohibition.... But until you move elsewhere or voters do the impossible, thems the breaks

Lolz thread.

Oh and also,

Wheres your facts, and sources for this conclusion, id like to see. Maybe you just watched one of those anti-marijauna commercials and came to that basis?
"Smoking marijuana may increase the risk of cancer more than smoking tobacco. Marijuana smoke contains 50% to 70% more carcinogenic hydrocarbons than does tobacco smoke. It also produces high levels of an enzyme that converts certain hydrocarbons into their carcinogenic form--levels that may accelerate the canges that ultimately produce malignant cells." (Source: NIDA)

"It has been estimated that smoking a cannabis cigarette (containing only herbal cannabis) results in an approximately five-fold greater increase in carboxyhaemoglobin concentration, a three-fold greater increase in the amount of tar inhaled, and a retention in the respiratory tract of one third more tar than smoking a tobacco cigarette."

How much of that comparison is because the legalized tobacco is backed by an industry that has created a tobacco cigarette that has a filter?
And, based on your response here, you are all for legalizing pot so long as its consumed via a vaporizer, or in edible form. Right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Lastly, on average, how many cigs does a tobacco smoker smoke a day? Now, on average, how many joints do you think a pot smoker would smoke in a day? Raw data can be misleading in many ways. You've just given us a prime example of that.

Honestly I couldn't care less if it was legalized, or even decriminalized as long as they tax the hell out of it.

The article mentions tobacco smoke, not cigarette smoke. Based on that I'm thinking they are intending that it is just the raw tobacco smoke. I posted the article on response to someone who stated nobody had ever died from smoking weed, my segment is it is quite likely someone has.

You mean you are assuming, not thinking. Nobody would ever publish deceptive data, would they?

You did not address a single one of my specific points.

As for taxing the hell out of it, that only makes sense for politically incorrect things like marijuana, right? Setting a precedent where the govt has the right to tax something out of existence, because they know its unconstitutional to actually illegalize it, is a good thing, right? Dont give in just because you dont participate in the act. Even non smokers should have a vested interest in the rights of smokers. Im not Muslim, but I believe in their rights.

How is it unconstitutional to make it illegal?

Like it or not the precedent has been set, tobacco and liquor are taxed fairly heavily (at least here they are) why should put be exempt from that? If it is used for similar purpose why not have the government make some money off thee guys who choose to use?

What's your definition of *some*?

Precedent makes right, right? Im sure Martin Luther King would agree with you. Right?
