Werker Battery opinions needed

I have two of these Werker wka12-33j batteries that I can use but do not know if they can be used in car audio. I know very little about adding second batteries so please chim in with your opinions.

System consist of ap1500, 200 watt highs amp, stock 110 alt, stock battery up front and big 3 done in 0 gauge. 4 gauge from battery to dist block in trunk.
