Weird sound with system

I am getting a weird sound when I try to plug in my sub amp with the rcas for it.

I have a kenwood x996 radio

a kicker 650.4 amp

and a kicker dx 1000.1 for now for my subs

My car doesn't make any bad noises like scratches and stuff until I plug in the rcas into the sub amp.

I tried it on another amp and it did it again. Sounds like a loud frequency sound if you know what i mean.

Does this mean my rcas are bad?

Follow the link he posted. Ground the rcas on the radio or swap your cables

i will after school tonight, I also hooked up my new door speaker and when I plug it into the 4 channel amp the sound cuts out then back on then cuts out but when I keep it unplugged its fine.

I don't understand why its doing this. The amp is brand new and so is the speaker . Its problem after problem lol

So take it one step at a time. First ground the radio pre outs(rcas). Then swap rcas from amp to amp seeing which is actually the issue if the first step doesnt fix it
