Weird sound coming from sub....

So i got my sub and amp all installed and it sounded great for the first day. I have a Kicker Solobaric L7 12" sub and a Kicker Mono 750.1x amp. Then yesterday i started getting this weird sound when i would max out the sound on the really low notes. It sounds like a wire hitting the sub inside the box or something to that extent so what can i do to stop this from happening? The box is a sealed box so should i just stuff it with something to reduce the vibrations inside? and if so stuff it with what? thanks in advance.

you need to make sure that is the problem first....then you can figure out why it is doing it, and formulate a solution
