You'll be ok lol. Just don't ever touch anything electrical without the battery disconnected. Bad things happen. Just wait it out and give us a update in a few days

haha true. i was thinking of taking out the cap and putting the hotwire back on...run it and see if it happens..is it normal for the cap to still light up and the leds blink with the car off?

im not sure.... that would depend on what capacitor. are the leds labeled??? if it was constantly drawing power, your battery would be dead if u didnt drive the car in a day or 2.

if its like fully illuminated - i would say no thats not a normal thing.
