Weird OHM readings?!

Ok so, i have two DVC Sundown SA-12s wire down to 2 ohm, and the output i get for the two is 3.9/8 ohms? Wouldnt that be 4ohms? and the two sundowns arent blown, i checked all the terminals. Im not understanding?

touch the leads of the dmm together,

and a dmm reads dcr, not the actual coil impedence.

If it help any two, all the coils are reading 2.9ohms.

also what do you mean?
