Weird noise problem

I installed Pac Audio C2A-CHY(LOC, this will allow to still use the factory amp) to the factory Head Unit for Dodge Magnum, and I use Rockford Fosgate P4004, the weird thing is if I set the balance in the middle between L and R and the fade in the middle also between front and rear i could hear some noises but If I am using only rear outputs from PacAudio and I set the balance only left or right and the fade to rear only, the noises were gone, same thing for the front, if I disconnected the RCA for the rear and only connected the front RCA and set the same thing like above, I did not hear noises, but when I set the balance to the middle, I could hear noises right away, is this because something wrong with Pac Audio? or soemthing that I set up wrong?

Finally I got rid the noise by grounding the black wire from Pac Audio C2A-CHY, I guess this could be done also for any LOC, whenever the LOC has a ground wire, it should be grounded as well.
