weird noise from subs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so today I wokeup to go to work, and after about driving a mile, I turned on some music. the first couple beats of the subs, they started making weird noises, like an "eeerk" sound? this subs are only about a month old, any ideas?

i still have warranty through the company

subs are 2 12" mtx 9500's off a mtx 81001

the thing is, they'll play fine for a bit, then ****up, play fine, **** up..

before sent them for a recone check the conections onn the amplifier and the woofers something might be loose!! it has hapened to me too

the ground too!!

i already checked everything, everything is fine..

and before I send them in to MTX, i want to make sure its the subs, I don't want to blow money on shipping.

its the ground on your amp or battery. almost positive. fix it

actually, i'm not going to go look now. all the wiring thats in there right now is being ripped out.

if the coils are bad they scrach when you push the cones in sometimes (with your music closed)

then again maybe is just an rca broken is week spot in 81001

try another amp & see if it works

check your subs with a multimeter

check the subs with the multimeter to see if the coils are still good?

sounds like an RCA grounding out to me.
