Weird Alt. Whine

In my van, I have no special ignition wire persay, but my deck is always on, just I take the face off when I leave, etc. But when Im playing the music regularly without the key on, it plays fine, then when I turn the key to the on position, or start my van, my speakers and subs whine and pop like hell. I don't know the problem, I have the ground ran straight from the batt. cuz its right by my amps, and i checked connections, and everything looks good, but what the hell is wrong? Any ideas? Thanks
