If your genes say your not going to look like Lance Armstrong You Wont.right now i just want to look like lance armstrong(long ways to go) then bulk up heavy and eat no carbs and tons of protein while still be streatching and doing flexibilty excersizes

he was a cop like a week out of the whole year lol......and he is a freak of nature...trust me u will NEVER look like him! Just tkae a fatburner and go on a low carb/ high protein diet and within 2 months you will look like a different person...trust meRonnie was a Cop
i think he used to be a cop, and then after being a bodybuilder he just does like a week out of the year to maintain his status....forget about runing, he can barely walk lol...yes he was but he was useless. cant run for shit
