i was egzagerating but 235 ripped to see my veins would be awesome im prolly going to be like 170 190 after its all said and done. but no joke this guy was serious about bodybuilding i do belive he was 3%

235 ripped is a good goal.

In all honesty 190@ 12=15% is very doable. It is all in your diet. Tapout listed a good core training regimine earlier in the thread it is all compound lifts and will help you grow at a much more even pace. You wont get stuck on silly off the wall excercises that will detract from your progress.

Stick to the compound lifts they will build your core.

 
its always better to bulk up and then cut down. Ur gonna gain fat when ur trying to put on mass, theres no way around that....unless ur taking steroids. Ive found its easier to pack on mass, and then slowly cut down.

 
right now i just want to look like lance armstrong(long ways to go) then bulk up heavy and eat no carbs and tons of protein while still be streatching and doing flexibilty excersizes
Lance Armstrong is a ***, workout to improve your health and quality of life, not to look like someone else. If your genes say your not going to look like Lance Armstrong You Wont.

You also need some carbs. Carb depletion = no gains.

he was a cop like a week out of the whole year lol......and he is a freak of nature...trust me u will NEVER look like him! Just tkae a fatburner and go on a low carb/ high protein diet and within 2 months you will look like a different person...trust me
