as you see the bench is a PUSHING method and the tricept is a PULLING method. push/pull method

not saying u do 2 exereices for the day and ur done, this is where the name comes from
triceps press ... biceps pull ... their website is mislabeling that exercise.

i now cycle to work every day. like an 2 hours on my mountain bike. i still havent gone into weight trainin but plan to cut a huge amount of weight and then bulk up to 235 lean , less then 5 % body fat

Pro's dont really ever get that low for comps lol 5% year round is almost underd of...fyi 10-12% is pretty darn lean....

 
Man, I would hope you gained some quality mass with the price on that stuff.. I have never taken anything other than creatine and protein.
However I am looking into a prohormore for my bulk this fall.
Look into the the 2 I posted. Well worth the money. I am only 3 weeks into the cycle and seeing excellent gains so far.

5% yearround doesn't happen, you'd feel like SHIT

Ask Kyle Witherspoon...he stays around 12/13% and he is a BIG mofo, pure rock. And he gets down to 6/7% by dehydrating for 3 days before a comp

 
Its simple: Here is what you need to do. Every other day:

Lift Heavy

Do 4 different excercises

Do 8 reps and 4 sets of each excercise

Do pushups, bench press, Pec flys and more pushups

Eat until you almost throwup, literally!

Eat mostly meats and vegetables and a little fat, but not too much fat.

And eat plenty of protein every day. at least 100 grams of protein per day.

And also drink a lot of water and eat bread for carbs.

lol I dont doubt he was able to get down to that, but a persons body should NOT BE that low, I dont know of ANYONE who is 3% year round! NOBODY even pro's.

You sound like a Endomorph (no offence) but by you description. You defenetly on the right path with the biking daily thats awesome.

For a undomorph to maintain under 10% is incredibly difficult unless u dedicate your life to nutrition and exersise.

I'm not saying you cant do it but single digits is really pushing it year round for a normal person. Just dont want you to set your hopes to high and when you hit 12% never beable to drop more and do 1 of 2 bad things.

A: completly give up and say **** this nutrition bullshit

B: resort to unhealthy ways of wieght loss.

I can tell you right now, you have no idea what 5% looks like. 3% is the bare minimum required to maintain your basal metabolic rate.

Most pros at competition time are 5-7% dry. To be 5% at 235 means you would have 10 pounds of fat total on your entire body. Think about it.
