weight loss news stories, advice and "new" diets for 07

i hate pop.
Wish I could say the same. I probably would be shredding off the weight if it wasnt for all the pop I drink. I just cant get into drinking water all the time. I need suger! And that nutrasweet shit is nasty! So I guess I just need to **** it up and drink more water. Shit is expensive though. My fiancee drinks spring water cause we have to much salt in our water where we live and I just spent 8 dam dollars on Aquafina spring water for a 24 pack! Think I was buying beer or something.

 
if it makes you feel any better diet soda is much worse for you than regular.
i try not to drink any caffeine in general though.

i drink ALOT of juice, i think thats how its been so easy for me.

well i actually lost about 15-20 lbs last year just doing the same thing at work everyday. nothing for breakfast cup of ramen noodles for lunch with a coke switched to water last half the year.

and my 12 packs of cokes went from being in the fridge a few days to about 2 weeks now, so yea as long as i get in a routine i think i can handle a small 1 hour workout before i sleep and switch the ramen noodles to a salad for lunch.

just little changes nothing major, cause i dont think ill stick to it if its alot at once.

To Adio, I would look into the 5-6 times a day, but my stomach is fuxored! I do loss prevention and would be really hard to do 5-6 times a day with my work schedule. I dont like to eat at work being how I usually have to shit not 10 mins after I eat. Is pretty much anything I eat anymore now. I hate doctors, but I am really thinking I need to go see one.

tell you ( and others what to do)............ buy slim-fast! get those bars they make (snack bars and/or meal replacement bars) or you can buy the meal replacement cans. trust me, they work. also, bananas, red delicious apples and fat free yogourt.

schedule:

1.) breakfast

2.) work

3.) ******** quietly in bathroom stall

4.) snack (eat the yogourt and a banana)

5.) work

6.) sneek a nap somewhere

7.) lunch ( regular food or a slim fast meal replacement bar or can)

8.) work

9) wonder if your life even matters anymore

10.) wonder how that chick you had *** with a year and a half ago is doin

11.)work

12.) snack ( eat the apple and either another banana and one of those slim fast snack bars)

13.) work

14. stare out the window

15.) go home and eat dinner

16.) snack(something lite since its gettin up there in the day)
