weight loss news stories, advice and "new" diets for 07

lost 37lbs and gained 12 in muscle in 4 monthsw...its not hard but takes will and determination to stay away from the crowd and not eat what they eat/drink

mind you, i would fare better if i didnt drink 2 weekends a month

 
also do upperbody workouts 2-3 times a week and HIIT Circuit Training 4x a week for an hour a piece. really helps. just stopped drinking for the next few weeks and hope to lose another 30 by march. 10lbs a month is an acceptable goal.

I would shoot more for 6-8 pounds. I lost 80 lbs a few years ago and did so 15lbs/month. while my skin isn't "lose", it definitely could be tighter and I wish I took it slower...
