//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif i think it's a bunch of bullshet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! quit bein lazy and open this up to read it.
at the beginning of each and every year , we all make resoultions, whether it's 10 resolutions or we make make a resolution to not make a resolution. the thing that bothers me is that every year, without fail, it's a new diet comin out and new ways to lose weight and how you can get sarted and keep the weight off, etc. kids, let short-dude adio tell you.......... IT'S ALL BULL SHIT!!!!!!!!!!
1.) THERE is no such thing as a "new" diet
- evry year "new" diets come out for people to follow. there in books, magazines and on the news. they all have fancy or dumbass names i.e. the orange juice and canned corn diet, the broccoli and toccoli ( tofu broccoli) diet, the milkvibrate ( instead of shake) diet and so on and so fourth. i gurantee, that every diet you hear how about is a rehash of everything that has been occuring, food-wise, over the last few years. all they are are a bunch of books or articles or news blurbs, with new titles, book covers, new models for the pictures and/or different authors. look at #1,2 and 5 this is a perfect example; same author, same diet, different book names and covers. there's alot more
Lose 20, 50, 100 Pounds or More by Eating Dinner for Breakfast and Breakfast for Dinner
oh fukin really now?!!?!?
isn't this speacial?
2.) there's no such thing as a "new" exercise
- exercise has 2 purposes: build muscle, shed fat, thats it, nothing more, forreal. what about high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, risk of cancer?? diet takes care of those, exercise helps, but it's mainly diet.
for every pound of muscle you put on, you burn 50 calories, just by sitting there breathing. you lose 3500 calories, u lose 1 pound. it'll be be either 1 pound of pure body fat or 1 pound of water or a combo of both, i can't tell you cause i'm not in your body ( buttceqs not included!). pilates and yoga is not new!!! doin curls this way and pull ups that way are not new!!!! go to any borders, barnes and nobles or josephBeth booksellers and go thru the fitness books. allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the exercises in there are the same. bob greene's bench press is no different that ian king's bench press. alwyn cosgrove's squats are absolutely no better than sylvester stallones's squats. ppl who byt these new books at the beginning of each year are getting fuked over really really hard
the best thing i can tell you is
1.) eat good carbs: fruits and veggies
bad carbs, eat/drink those sparringly
2.) lift weights= heavy weights with low reps ( 3-5 sets of 4-10 reps)are the best and fastest way to put on lean, hard-core muscle and to reduce/burn off pure body fat. if your gay asss buddies or sisters best friends' aunts told you they lift really light weights and do alotta repetitions ( 3- 8 sets of 18 - 20 something) AND thats how they stay slim, they're bullshittin you or they don't know their damm selves.
3.) eat 5-6 small meals a day = eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. high protein low/mod carb diets are the best way to go. why are you eatin that much? it'll keep you from bein hungry and it raises your metabolism.
buy this this is a collectors edition magazine. it gives you easy recipes on how to eat clean with lots of pictures in there, as a matter of fact, the shit is so simple, you can look at the pics and figure out how to make the food. this doesn't have specific DIEts in there to follow, per se. if u google 'clean eating', you'll find this type of eating on alotta websites, so i'm suprised it came in a magazine form thats aimed at women.
conclusion:
quit payin attention to these 1st week "new" diet tidbits all on tv. if u do pay attention to it, rememeber it, cause your gonna see the EXACT same thing this at this time next year.
