I need to lose weight. I might hit up a gym and get with a trainer. Then start to eat healthier. It is just so hard to eat 5-6 times a day like a lot of people recommend. I would be scared though because my stomach is so shitty. That is probably the first thing I should check into is fixing my stomach problem and then going from there.

 
yea i just bought a golds gym bench at wallmart monday night. like to loose atleast 30lb this year. im 230 now but yea alot of peolpe at my job are doing that right now working out and joining gym's.
anyone know a good wieght lifting mag for beginners?

my friend at work tells me to loose the weight first, then lift wieghts?

im going to go on a popcorn and salad diet during the week, then eat somthing good over the weekend like fish or steak. and work out about an hour a day before i go to bed. only like 50lbs weights for a few mos then up to 100lb but no more and just high reps. does that seem good or does anyone know a better way im not going to try somthing crazy like pills n chit, just a slow steady routine.

i swear its not!!!! i'm tellin u, it's way easier then u think. if u eat ( small healthy stuff)every 2.5 - 3 hours, it's easy.

 
It actually was easier for me to eat 6-8 smaller meals a day then 3 big ones.

Your metabolism will also get used to smaller portions and you'll normally be getting hunrgy about every 2-3 hrs. Ill be getting back into it sooner or later, need to take care of a few things first but what was said about changing your lifestyle is definetly true.

To Adio, I would look into the 5-6 times a day, but my stomach is fuxored! I do loss prevention and would be really hard to do 5-6 times a day with my work schedule. I dont like to eat at work being how I usually have to shit not 10 mins after I eat. Is pretty much anything I eat anymore now. I hate doctors, but I am really thinking I need to go see one.

I usually eat some pretty rich stuff-examples would be- 3 cheese broccali cassarole, mashed taters in any form for the most part, lots of hamburgers with cheese on top, hot dogs with cheese and hell I pretty much will eat what ever is on the table. Hell if I will eat Liver and Onions, I would eat anything, lol! I also have a thing for cheese as you can see. I love Milk and I do eat fast food about once a week. Cut way back on that though. Was going 3-4 times a week when I was with my ex being she never cooked, lol!
