weight lifting

If you can find a way to make yourself laugh alot, and really hard, that really helps workout your abs. Seriously, no joke.

Yes sir. Hah. Laughing is one of the most productive things you can do for your midsection. Also helps you if you have asthma!

And smiling is one of the best things you can do if you have a double chin.

I have a hellacious squat and leg press... Gotta love soccer legs!
And how long did it take you to get down to your weight now?

Haha, i'm a soccer player too. But squats are the devil, but such a great exercise. Can't live with em can't live without em though. Deadlifts are a goodtime as well.

just do situps with a weight until you start getting that pain in your lower back. then when you stop, you'll feel like throwing up for like 5 seconds, then you're good to go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

What do you do for your back?
Actually didn't do much for my back when i took those pictures. I hit my back a lot harder now. But basically:

Bent over rows

I don't know what its called, that machine where you face the ground and pull the weight towards you with a wide grip

Thinkin about it now, I really didn't hit my back with a real good back exercise. I hit it when its a secondary muscle like standing military press. Then when I do deadlifts it helps with my lower back.

when i do situps, i fell like i'm using my neck and chin too much, and i don't feel any burning

Cross your arms over your chest, and lean your head back to where it's totally straight with your chest. Make sure to breathe when doing situps too. I know a lot of people hold their breath... and that hinders the oxygen supply to the blood that rushes to your midsection.
