weight lifting

should my chin be tucked into my chest? i don't go all the way down either but i keep seeming like i'm lifting with my neck. i do kinda feel like throwing up now. is that good?
It might feel like you are lifting with your neck, make sure when you get to the peak of what you can crunch you squeeze your abs, and then go back down. If I do them properly I can barely do 20 without dying.

 
i feel them contract, but i feel like i'm trying to lift with my neck. also when you do situps, when you go back down, do you go all the way down to where you are lying flat on your back and head on the ground?
try liftin with your abs and keep your neck stable and i usually go halfway down or all the way then go up SLOW

sorry for going back to creatine but i think you are wanting to lose belly weight taking protein alone will make you stomach look bigger because there is fat in the supplement it just depends on how much you take but the only thing that willl have is inscreased muscle size it helped me alot when i was fifteen i was taking it and i weighed about 125 and benched around 130 and back then it took me all the way up the weighing around 160 something and max benching 210 but i did it for about 4 months but in four months that is good good good gains

edit: and the burning is when your muscles are depleted and lactic acid comes the your muscles when you take creatine it gives your muscles more fuel and say you could do 8 reps of something and if you take creatine you could maybe do 12 or 13 without the burn starting to come

and thats bs whoever said creatine can hurt your nads if you dont drink water the only thing it would mess up is if you overdose and have too much in your liver for your body to process but that is the same with protein powder too but ya they are right about the water i was drinking like 8 bottles of it at school and had to use the bathroom between every class but im still a big fan of creatine

whey protein isolates have less fat/carbs/sugars/whatever, they are much more expensive to make though so you will pay more. Whey Protein in general isnt very high in fat though so you shouldnt really need to worry about fat especially if you are doing cardio and hitting the weights.

i always will be, i was so skeptical about it at first then i tried it and i got results, so with any supplement you got to try it to find out basically, results may vary
