Was quoted $1000 to sound deaden a little *** Civic trunk.

If you did an research on sound deadening you would know that once you hit 25% coverage you reach diminishing returns where it costs more money to cover things and you get minimal results.
yes, not 25% but I did I thought around 50% but crown Vic trunks need as much help as possibe to get the noise inside the cabin

 
You have all this nice equipment man. Buy the deadner grab a socket set and wreches from sears for 100-200 dollars do it yourself. Its pretty simple. Save yourself 400-500 dollars plus you have tools then to do multiple things.
