wanting to run active

i want to run my ID components active with a 4 channel amp. i have an alpine ida-x100 receiver. what do i need to run active? should i just get the h100 imprint module and thats it or can i get a separate 1-din EQ and use that? not exactly sure what i need.

you need something with steep slopes 24db at least and different crossover choices....with the horns you may want to start around 1000 hz and play around from 600 to 2000 depending on where your mid bass is band passed at

all you need is a good crossover/eq. i've heard the imprint is a pretty good one but i've never experienced one

so all i need is the imprint system and im good to go active? would i wire each speaker to one channel and each tweeter to one channel on the 4 channel amp? is it safe to send the tweeter 150 watts daily?

watch your settings and make sure ur not distorting the signal and you should be ok

how do i "watch my settings"? u mean not turning gains all the up or what?

sorry i was thinking ID horns for some reason...I guess because I use to have an ID componet set with the horns...you'd probally want to start your crossover point around 3000 hz....with standard ID tweeters....at least a 12db slope
