I have some 12" HE2's if your interested. Only used for like 6-8 months. new condition. (if i didn't tell you they were used you'd never know it.) 400w rms dual 4ohm vc's (200w/vc).

They are factory refurbs i have only had them about 2 weeks and am going to buy a RE XXX 12 or 15 i will take 225 + Shipping i know that is a little more than you stated you wanted to spend but the come with high quality custom 3/4" MDF Sealed boxes you see in the picture i have 1 Rockford Fosgate 1050s on them at 525watts to each RMS on them is 600watts i would even throw in the amp for 450 + Shipping if that is needed.
