well if you do??Open the pics in Photoshop..then go to IMAGE on the upper tool bar.....then go to IMAGE SIZE in tool bar..click it open and reduce the % (not pixels size) of the pics..usually by about 30% works.then SAVE em that size

no i don't have anything like that, is there shareware compression software available?

There is a trial version of photoshop available that will allow you to resize. I think you can find it on Adobe's website. http://www.adobe.com

there should be some programs on downloads.com . type in image resizer or something of that sort.

true, photobucket also allows you to resize. I forgot that.
