Geoff they also don't play music sub 40 hz and they unload subs almost every burp...just because its louder in an SPL setup doesn't mean its gonna hurt in a daily setup.

I'm just trying to keep his subs lasting as long as possible so he doesn't end up replacing subs once a month

i didn't figure you would with the cactus subs, those are the ones I used before the BTLs...NEVER had a failure even bass racing and deathmatch they were champs.

Those 4Hp motors have a decent size gap and the spaced spiders help keep everything linear at the top end of each stroke Norris did good designing those subs for sure

Thought you might have had some rubbing with the MTs though, don't really know how long you had them or if you had all your power on them though
