Better design... it was actually designed pretty much ONLY with ease of build in mind //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif a lot less complications.

Cuts will be even, equal, clean, exact... going to have a local cabinet shop do them.

I will be buying a gallon of Titebond II and using it instead of the Liquid Nails.

We now have "wall building experience" so this should go a little bit faster and smoother.

If you want to brace it run some threaded rod right there, or if you want to take the chance of turbulance put a 2x4 on the inside if it will fit.
Actually, if you think about it, a 2x4 there would decrease turbulence. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The subs will be forcing air against that 2x4 and out in to the enclosure versus pushing against one another.

But shhh, you didn't hear that from me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

And, if you wanted to make it even awesomer, you could put some angles along where that 2x4 is to make the airflow even smoother. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

should be fine. have you seen Meades honda? even closer.
no i havent see the honda. im just pointing it out. i rather be safe then sorry, if you think having that little bit of meat in between if ok. hey go for it. it will most likly work. but it will still be a weak point on the wall.

not saying your wrong lol... you and me both know that we both have a handle on this box deal. It will be supported sufficiently inside and out.

I think threaded rod near where the subs are through the box will help with that... and 45 degree angles will help a little with structural support too. I really like the idea of surrounding the wall in 2x4s //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i think that would be way more then overkill. how about just putting 2 x 4 like every 6" from each other. that will give you close to the same support, but will not weight it down as much.
