i was checkin it out and it seems like a single 1200.1 draw about 120a so for two i'd need a 250amp or so alt?? that about right and what would one of those things cost me

in reality, I was told that amp will draw about 80A each, unless youre going for burps, then I wouldn't have a clue.

I think the single largest alt that I've heard of is 200A or 220A. It is VERY expensive, and the cost of going any higher would not be cost-effective (i.e. cheaper to purchase two 140A alts instead).

If you really want to thump the night away, I think a 200A would do a lot of good. Be wanred, it will be a tad on the expensive side.

so long as it does what they claim, and after sales service is adequate, I say go for it. Make sure you tell them what kind of bracket you need.
