Voltage going insane at high volume? Is it too low?

I have a pioneer head unit as of now, it shows the voltage on it if you set it to, and at low volumes (in park but car on) it shows 14.4 - 14.6 with the subs and components on, but when I turn the volume up past like 30-35 it goes from 12.4-14.5 lol, just changes drastically and quickly, is this bad voltage? i have a yellowtop and 130 amp alt. im running a PG tantrum 1200.1 and a kicker 350.2

with subs on high volumes what should my voltage be at idle with what I have? thanks!

its not horrible but not a good thing.... you are exceding(sp?) your alt output but your battery is keeping up. thats why you wont drop below 12 but i'm sure if you run it hard for awhile you will start to eat your reserve power in the battery and start to drop lower.

Bottom line you should look for an alt. upgrade in the future
