4 AWG will work fine for your application, in stretches of a couple of feet good OFC wire can handle 150 amps of current, However 1/0 would be good if you don't want to come back later and redo it because you are upgrading your system.
u need an extra batt in the rear it will help with dimming
The Delco is a "Starting" battery. You need a good AGM or Gell Cell deep cycle up there that can take being drawn down quicker and charge quicker than just a regular cranking battery....I went through 2 or 3 before I went ahead and spent the $$ on what I needed.i will be using 0ga for sure and the battery i have is the stock ac delco professional battery
thanks i will do the big 3 first then upgrade batteries then maybe i can start on my headunit and door speakers...The Delco is a "Starting" battery. Like everyone else said, a Big 3 and a good batt will help cure the headlight dimming. This is what I did on mine with a 1200 watt amp at one ohm. A Yellow top Optima is a good choice. And like others here will attest, if you have a problem with a Optima, you just take it to the nearest Napa/O'Rielley's/ABC/Autozone, etc. and usually do a swap with no hassle.
Do the Big 3 and see what happens...
