Voltage dropping VERY low after a certain volume...?

Well recently I installed a full system to my Rav4 but It's giving me issues since Day 1. At first the voltage would drop down to around 11.8 or so at around 10 volume. Since my pops works @ an alternator store, he was able to get a 180amp alternator and we installed it. Now It drops to the same voltage at around 15 volume. I've checked everything and whatnot but everything seems fine. Also the battery was upgraded as well. My system is as follows...

Pioneer Avic-D3

0 Gauge Stinger HPM Wire

JL 1000/1 Amp (For Subs)

Rockford P8004 (For Highs)

2 12" JL W7's (Wired for 1.5ohm)

4 6.5" Beymas

180Amp Alternator.

If someone could please give me a few tips, I'd really appreciate it!

Edit: Also the bass boost is all the way down.

Did you upgrade the Big 3? that should help a little bit...

big three should fix your issues, maybe add an extra battery.

You're JL amp is probably capable of 125 amp current draw and the Rockford likely 80 amps and the alt is also 180 ampere maximum and likely only 80-100 amps at idle.

Is it really loud at volume level 15?

If so reset your gains so it reaches maximum LISTENING volume at whatever you prefer.

It's pretty loud at 15, I could probably be heard from a New York block away (They are pretty big haha) I would say...more or less.
