I know you are probably joking, and for gods sake I hope so. Im still going to explain why this wont work either for the sake of entertaining myself and see in what ways I get flamed. This is also once again assuming that you are even capable of building this "contraption". Sound is the defined as the way you percieve the vibration of molecules. This, by definition means that you need a material for your sound to pass through. In the case of speakers, this is air. Now, of course you wont have your speakers just floating in your vaccum sealed box. They will be positioned of course by the wood, plexiglass, or whatever. So this material will be what tranports the sound from the box to the rest of the car. In another words, the sound will just kind of be radiating from you box. This doesnt seem like a very efficient way to mount your speakers.
