Use Old Wiring For New Speakers?

Can i use the old wiring from my OEM speakers when i put my new ones in? Or would i have to re-wire everything...

Depending on the car you can use OEM wire. You should even be able to buy a speaker harness to snap directly into the existing clip. Now if you plan on running a decent amount of power and/or the oem wire is super small it would be best to go ahead and run your own.
