Lol, you are stupid if you think you maintain a 14.1v with a stock alt.

I do. I don't turn it up too loud.

I don't have a stock alt, persay, it's just not an HO alt. I think it's 160 amps and in running my sub at 4 ohms

Please don't criticize me for saying this, im just trying to learn, but what is the Big 3?? From what ive been told it has something to do with upgraded electrical. My plans for my system is a amp such as saz 1500d , saz 2000d ,or aq2200d. Something in that range. I just need a explanaiton on what to do or just what it is.

It's basically upgrading wires under the hood that are part of your electrical circuit.
