up front battery ?

wow there that good and its only 45 dollers more. the only thing i gota wait for it to be shipped to me. and the yellow top i can like walk out my door and take a 2 min walk and buy one. im gona go to auto zone in a hour or so and see what they want as far as price+ tax

If you don't need that much amperage at once, it won't matter. Capacity, not cranking or short amps, is what will help keep the voltage stable. Last I checked the Kinetiks didn't have double the resreve capacity of the Optimas.

What's shipping going to be on that Kinetik? I'm guessing at least $50 considering that it will probably ship as hazmat.

im gona go to autozone in about 30 min or so im waiting on my mom. she wana go shoping in the store next to auto zone. i cant turn my music up with her. its so funny i should do a vid she covers her years she old .ahhahah i love her she buying me lunch. anything i want. chinese food for me. to bad it sunday no lunch special

i would get something with a good amount of CCA and durable

This is why I recommended the Kinetiks. The Yellow Tops are good batteries, I had one for a few years, but you can get more out of the Kinetik than the Yellow Top. It seems that everyone recommends the yellow top battery cause it's the most common one out there, kind of like everyone saying that they should use DynaMat, when there are other brands just as good and cheaper. Yeah, Yellow Tops are good, but Odyssey's, Kinetiks, some Powermaster's are better.

and u can go to your local auto shop and they might have one in stook. those othere brands car audio shops might have i seen a powermaster at a flea market no joke for like 275. the guy said its way better then a cap. but if u want one ihave this one for 80. it all makes me laugh

only battery in my mind that is decent from kinetik is the hc1800& up anything under that is pure garbage and you might as well by a walmart batt. honestly hc1400 for the money isnt worth a shit. yellow tops are cool. only problem ive had is they are hard to charge. other then that they are awesome batterys. i currently run a EXIDE ORBITAL , its probly the best battery ive ran for an underhood

u say hard to charge what u mean. like if i forget to turn a light off a light and in the morring it would take like 4 hours or more to charge it back up ? or u mean the alt would be working extra hard to keep it charged?

I'd look at powermaster, as well. Mechman on this website is selling D3400 for $239 shipped, if you can fit it (10.15 x 6.88 x 7). Just PM him about it. It will outperform a Kinetik HC1800.

Also, when taking measurements, be sure to include the height and give an extra inch for the posts and your terminals. You don't want them to hit your hood.
