any 14 gauge speaker wires and up should be fine. with that little power, i think you can get away with 16 gauge as well.

What should all my settings be at for my woofer? ( 05CVR104: is the model)

I was looking at running this kind of wiring?...Is this right or wrong

And the wiring from the sub to the amp...Im just doing the speaker output and not the bridged wiring am i?..This one kind of confused me (sorry for being a noob but im trying to learn..Which outputs do I put the woofer wires to?

If you've got a Dual 4 Ohm sub then your options for wiring it to that amp are pretty limited.

That amp is stable @ 4 Ohms or 2 Ohms per channel in stereo and 4 Ohm only when in bridged mono mode.

Meaning with that amp and that sub you're going to want to drive one voice coil per amp channel and you'll need to use a DMM to match the two channels' outputs pretty precisely.

this is how I got it wired and doesnt work...

I got one wir running from the black to the other black with the white dot..and same with the red going to red with white dor..and have the other wire going to the box outputs one to the red no dot and one to the black no dot..and wired up to the amp and nothing....
