Type-X came out...

I think the Type-X subs are going to be labeled for Alpines F#1 status, so not every Alpine dealer is going to carry them and might not even be able to order them.

I know for a fact that they are not going to replace the Type-Rs, the are just a higher line than the R's (just like the components).

In the 2004 Catalog the Type R's are all continued but the two Type X's now takes the flagship position.
