Ok Tommyk scored over a 150 with a 10" R Off an Orion 2500d if i remember correctly. Hmm anyone want to name a 10 that even costs 2 times as much as a type r that could hit that? He hit a 151.0 Off of the orion in the kick.

Sealed doesn't mean you will have better SQ lol, it will just give you a flatter response.

ive got a used hifonics bx1000d for 135 shipped that would be able to push 1 l7 for sq purposes.

L7's like ported boxes on the bigger side, so if you go with an L7, 2.5 cubes tuned around 32 would sound pretty good...

If you choose to go with TWO Type R's or even one, The same size box will do fine.

i have a mint type r for sale for $120 shipped or a user one for $110 shipped if you desire to go with the R's

Probably costs more than 2x as much, but Nate Munson hit that 169 with a single DD 10 back in the day....
