Trying to up the post count.

Anyways, I'm also wondering about the Type R components. You hear their subs raved about all the time, but I don't see a whole lot about the speakers.

Yes the type x's are like a nice warm fire with a cup of jo. pretty deep mounting depth just a heads up

I'll let you know tomorrow night after the install!!! The 5x7 weighs 13 lbs. gross! Hopefully the tweeter won't be too much. My daily driver has two sets of tweeters up front...so I should be prepared for these in the Mustang. I hope they will sound good for the time being at 18 W RMS from the stereo. Well shy of their 60 W RMS rating! I'm pretty excited. Based on the magnet on the 5x7 and the how hefty the tweeter feels...I should be in for a real treat! The Type S in back should compliment them pretty well. Is they Type X a component also?
