Two runs of speaker wire?

If you have really light gauge of speaker wire, can you do multiple runs of that like multi runs for power? two runs of four dropping to equivalent of a 1 gauge for power, so say two runs of 18 gauge speaker wire to make it 15 gauge? does it work like that? thanks

Yep - double up on any size and you drop 3 sizes.

It will work fine -- the biggest problem is keeping it from looking ghetto.
