Two post battery isolator

How do I go about using a two post battery isolator and hooking up the alternator as well? I plan on running a deka in the back of my honda fit but the battery up front is pretty small and i would suspect that one battery will drain the other if I dont run an isolator. Never used one before and I planned on grabbing a 90 amp stinger 2 post isolator but idk how to hook up the charging system
