Two Alpine type Rs or one type X ???

I was wondering if i should get two alpine type r's or one alpine type x? either way ill probably be using the hifonics brutus 1606D amp. any thoughts?

R's will get way louder than the X's, but wont sound nearly as nice. depends if you want more loudness or more quality.

overheating no. it was sent to me defective tho, blown RCA jack and the LED on top of the amp did not work. I sent it back in under refund and they fixed it
